Dee Washington is a passionate leader in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) field with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and multidisciplinary care teams. She currently serves as Clinical Director at Gaston Residential Services, where she oversees operations across five facilities, leads clinical and leadership development initiatives, and advocates for high-quality, person- centered care. Her career has been driven by a deep passion for empowering vulnerable populations, strengthening community-based services, and creating environments where individuals with I/DD can thrive with dignity, independence, and support.
