Annie Earle has a masters degree in public health, and over a decade of direct experience working with individuals who have intellectual/development disabilities. She grew up with a family member with IDD, and her mother was a special education teacher. These real-world experiences have informed her advocacy for the people served and instilled a desire for equity, inclusion, and respect for all.
