Our Services
We create safe, supportive living environments where adults with developmental and mental health disabilities can develop skills, gain stability, and live more independently.
We create safe, supportive living environments where adults with developmental and mental health disabilities can develop skills, gain stability, and live more independently.
Our group homes provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can feel at home while building independence. Our team is there 24/7 to encourage, guide, and assist with everyday life whether that’s pursuing a job, volunteering, or getting involved in the community. We focus on helping each person grow their skills, build confidence, and take part in meaningful activities that matter to them.
For those ready for more independence, we offer support in apartment settings both within GRS-managed locations and in the broader community. Support is tailored to each individual, providing the right balance of guidance and independence.
Through our partner, Career Management Group (CMG), we help individuals find and succeed in meaningful employment. Services may include job search support, placement assistance, and on-the-job coaching. Individuals ages 16 and older with developmental or other disabilities may be eligible. CMG also partners with EIPD (Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities). For more information contact bauten@careermanagementgroup.org or call (704) 852-9446.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, build meaningful relationships, and be an active part of their community. Our person-centered approach empowers each individual to reach their goals while receiving the support they need to thrive.
