Health/Dental Insurance: GRS offers a PPO Health Insurance plan where staff pay a portion of the cost for themselves and all of the costs for child(ren) and/or spouse.
403 B Retirement: GRS staff have the option to open a retirement plan through MetLife. The organization will make contributions beginning after one year of employment.
Vacation/Sick Time: GRS staff accrue vacation time beginning the first day of work. Employees receive 8 hours of vacation per month worked for the first two years. After two years, vacation time increases to ten hours per month and after five years to twelve hours per month. In addition, GRS staff accrue sick time as of the first day of work.
Cafeteria Plan: The Cafeteria Plan allows staff to pay for certain medical and dental premiums with pre-tax dollars. GRS staff can put money into a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to use for co-pays, prescriptions and approved over the counter medical items.
GRS also provides staff the opportunity for Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, use of the Carolina Federal Credit Union and AAA and YMCA membership discounts.
